2. Who We Work With

We provide services and recruitment for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18.

  • Proof of address: Utility bills, bank statements, official documents

  • Identity verification: Passport, driving licence, photo ID

  • Employment history: Past jobs, references, CVs

  • Financial details: Bank account details (successful applicants only)

  • Special category data: Criminal conviction data (PVG/Disclosure Scotland checks as required)

We do not use automated-only decision-making or profiling. Recruitment decisions are made through human review.

  • Background check providers (Disclosure Scotland, PVG)

  • Reference providers (employers, referees you nominate)

Some providers (e.g. Google, Wix) may process data outside the UK. We use lawful safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions, the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), and the UK Addendum to EU SCCs.

Successful applicants:

  • Held during engagement + 6 years after, or longer if required by law

  • Unsuccessful applicants: Data kept up to 12 months; CVs up to 6 months unless consent for longer retention is given 

 

Legal compliance: Certain records are retained to meet tax, safeguarding, and employment law duties.
